Paʻa Ke Kahua: Strengthening Our Foundation (Title III Part F 2014-19)

The Paʻa Ke Kahua project aims to increase Native Hawaiian students’ success in STEM degree programs by improving the quality of laboratory facilities and by increasing access to laboratory equipment. The project aims to increase student engagement by improving learning environments at the Native Hawaiian Support Center. This includes renovations of culturally significant learning spaces, co-location of Hawaiian studies and language faculty, and hands-on learning spaces.
