Hūlili

Hūlili is a U.S. Department of Education Title III funded collaborative Initiative between Windward Community College and the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa. The overarching goals of this collaborative program are to increase the retention of Native Hawaiian students at Windward Community College; increase the retention of Native Hawaiian students from Windward Community College who transfer to UH Mānoa; and provide professional development opportunities for transfer students and Native Hawaiian serving faculty and staff supporting transfer students.
