Microsoft Select Plus Price List
APPLICATIONS SOFTWARE
Microsoft application products purchased through this program can be made by University of Hawaii Departments and must be for UH related use only.
The table below provides the price per license, which is the legal right to use the software. The installation software will be made available by download (ISO/zip file) or by loan USB. Trial versions of the software retrieved elsewhere may not work under this licensing program.
Software Assurance (SA):
SA is an additional "maintenance" fee, providing the rights to any new versions of the product released during the valid SA period. SA is valid between 25 to 36 months depending on when in the year this is purchased. Orders with SA processed from now until 10/31/2025 will be valid until November 30, 2027. License holders will be contacted prior to the SA expiration date with the option to renew their SA for an additional 36 months. If SA is not renewed, the coverage will expire. Downgrade Option:
Downgrading provides you with the right to use a prior version of a product that you are purchasing. When you are ready to move up to the newer version, you can automatically upgrade your license to the version that was originally purchased. For example, the Office LTSC 2024 Pro Plus for Windows license can be downgraded to Office 2021 Pro Plus if you prefer to use this version instead.EXAMPLE:

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING 2024 VERSIONED SOFTWARE:
LTSC stands for Long Term Servicing Channel. To learn more about this version please visit the Microsoft Office LTSC Availabilty website.
For Windows users: The minimum requirement for 2024 versioned software is Windows 10. The software is a "click-to-run" installer, so all trial or older versions (2021, 2019, etc.) of Microsoft applications (Office, Project, Visio) must be uninstalled first.
For Mac users: Office LTSC 2024 for Mac is supported on the three most recent versions of macOS.
