POKE AKU (Hawaiian Raw Fish)

Ingredients:

     1 lb.               aku
     1/2 cup             blanched and chopped limu kohu
     1 tablespoon        Hawaiian salt
     1                   Hawaiian red pepper, seeded and minced.
     2 teaspoons         ground, roasted kukui nuts

Procedure:
Cut aku into 1/2 inch cubes. Combine limu, salt, pepper and kukui nuts; add fish cubes and mix well. Chilll before serving. Makes 6 servings.
