List of Potential Candidates Delivered to Governor
On January 29, 2019, the Council delivered to Governor David Igeʻs office a list of candidates for three Honolulu County seats on the University of Hawaiʻi Board of Regents.
A list of five candidates was provided, from which three may be nominated by the governor for appointment to the BOR effective July 1, 2019, with consent of the Hawaiʻi State Senate.
