List of Potential Candidates Delivered to Governor
On Feb. 9, 2011, the Regents Candidate Advisory Council (RCAC) delivered to
Governor Neil Abercrombie's office a list of candidates for the University of
Hawai'i Board of Regents (BOR).
A list of 11 candidates was provided,
from which four may be nominated by the governor for appointment to the
BOR, with the consent of the Senate.
Three seats are to be filled effective July 1, 2011 and one seat is to be filled immediately.
