There are 3 ways to apply for the University of Hawaiʻi Board of Regents:

• Fill out an online form

  Fill out this online application form (you will have to set up an account first).

• Download and print a PDF form

  Print this Candidate Application Form, fill it out, and send it to the address listed on the form.

  PDFs are commonly viewed with the free Adobe Reader software.

• Request a form be mailed to you

  Call (808) 956-9083 or email borapp@hawaii.edu to request a hard copy application form.
