The Regents Candidate Advisory Council is now accepting applications for (2) Honolulu County seats and
(1) Hawaii County seat, for a 5 year term to begin on July 1, 2026. Candidates must reside in the
respective county for which they are applying. Additionally, the Advisory Council is accepting
applications for (1) Student Regent seat for a 2 year term to begin on July 1, 2026. The individual
applying for the Student Regent seat must be a student of the university.
Completed applications for the Hawaii Island and Student Regent seats must be received by the
Advisory Council, or postmarked by 11:59 p.m. on Friday, February 6, 2026.
