Bids

Electronic bids must be obtained for all contracts over the small purchase thresholds. The University competitively solicits all invitations for bids through the HIePRO.

Proposals

The University may request electronic proposals through HIePRO or post a public notice for proposals on the Hawaii Awards and Notices Data System (HANDS).
