Audit and Accounting Services Notice FY2024

NOTICE TO CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANTS INTERESTED IN PROVIDING AUDIT AND ACCOUNTING SERVICES TO THE UNIVERSITY OF HAWAI‘I

 

The University of Hawai‘i is seeking audit and accounting services for the University of Hawai‘i for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2023, pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes §103D-304. The University is inviting certified public accountants to submit statements of qualifications and letters of interest for evaluation and inclusion on a list of certified public accountants qualified to provide audit and accounting service to the University of Hawai‘i.

Thereafter, whenever circumstances require, the University of Hawai‘i will select certified public accountants from the resulting pre-qualified list to provide audit and accounting services.

Professionals interested in being considered for selection are invited to submit a letter of interest and completed Statement of Qualifications, OPM FORM 159, to:

All interested certified public accountants must submit the OPM FORM 159 with their letter of interest regardless of whether the form was submitted in response to a prior notice. There is no deadline for submission of the OPM FORM 159. The University conducts a continuous recruitment for the aforementioned professional services. Certified public accountants submitting their letter of interest and OPM FORM 159 after the start of the fiscal year may be considered for selection for the balance of the fiscal year. Interested firms/individuals are not required to provide audit and accounting services in all areas.

OPM FORM 159, Statement of Qualifications, may be obtained from https://www.hawaii.edu/procurement or at the Office of Procurement Management at the above address.
