Delegation of authority to manage and control the financial affairs of the campus.

No policy specific or unique definitions apply.

Primary authority for financial management has been delegated by the President to the Chancellors.  Chancellors may sub-delegate authority to qualified, responsible program heads.

Program heads may assign a fiscal administrator to assist in meeting the program head’s financial management responsibilities.

All delegations shall be in writing.

The administration and operation of each campus within applicable Federal and state statutes, rules and regulations, and University policies and procedures is delegated to the respective chancellors in accordance with Regents Policy 2.202 (B)(5).
