The Office of Procurement Management (OPM) is dedicated to serving the University of Hawai’i with pono (righteousness) and kuleana (responsibility), ensuring that all procurement activities are conducted with integrity, transparency, and in a manner that honors the values of our University and the spirit of Aloha. We are committed to fostering strong relationships with our vendors and university departments, recognizing that these partnerships are essential to achieving our shared goals.

OPM’s core mission is to facilitate the acquisition of goods, services, construction and concessions necessary for the University of Hawai’i to fulfill its educational, research, and community service mission. We do this by providing guidance and oversight in accordance with all applicable laws and policies, promoting fair and open competition, and striving for the best value in every transaction.
