Through the Hawaiʻi Employer-Union Health Benefits Trust Fund (EUTF), eligible employees, retirees and dependents may enroll in a comprehensive health care benefits plan, including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision and life insurance. Premium Conversion Plan (pre-tax)

Opt-in to exclude your EUTF heath benefit premiums from your taxable income.

Wage replacement program for non-work related injury or illness

Workers’ Compensation

Wage replacement program for work related injury or illness while the employee is unable to work
