As a member of United Educators (UE), the University of Hawaiʻi (UH) has access to a collection of training courses to help drivers identify and mitigate common risks and learn specific strategies for accident avoidance and handling emergency situations.
The Office of Risk Management (ORM) highly encourages employees who operate a vehicle (including passenger vans and golf carts) in furtherance of their official UH job duties or who are assigned a UH-owned, leased, or rented vehicle to complete the driver safety training courses in the UE training portal.
Please send an email with your name, UH email address, and campus affiliation to orm@hawaii.edu with the word “TRAINING” in the subject line. You will receive an email with instructions and the link to register for access to UE’s training portal.
