- Review and consider policies and practices relating to University personnel.
- Ensure board statutes, bylaws, policies, and rules are being reviewed and updated on a routine and regular basis.
- Ensure board education and board member development is provided for board members.
- Provide recommendations to the board regarding best practices for board effectiveness.
