| Description: | William Holden and Deborah Kerr star in another one of her dramatic wartime pictures. As a recent war widow, Kerr joins the Red Cross and serves in New Caledonia, where she meets a dashing and brash marine colonel who finally wins her heart and leaves her pregnant. When she learns he is married Kerr ends their affair. Later she is transferred to Guadalcanal where they meet again. |
