73 UH Mānoa student-athletes land on academic All-Big West list

Nine UH Mānoa student-athletes have been selected to the College Sports Communicators Academic At-Large All-District Team.
To receive the All-Time Great Player Award, an athlete must have completed a minimum of five years as a member of a U.S. national team and on a minimum of five top-level international teams.
Jamie Santer, Alana Embry receive second-team honors and Sydney Amiatu, Riley Wagoner receive Top Flight status.
University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa beach volleyball claimed a Big West top honor, and four Rainbow Wahine pairs earned recognition.
Guilherme Voss earned a spot on the second team, with Tread Rosenthal and Alakaʻi Todd receiving honorable mentions.
UH improved to 11-1 all-time against Long Beach State in the Big West tournament and 4-0 in the title match.
The Jack Bonham Award is considered the most prestigious award in UH athletics.
Tread Rosenthal received the Big West’s freshman of the week award a record 6 times this season.
Guilherme Voss and Tread Rosenthal were named to the All-Big West, with Louis Sakanoko earning a spot on the All-Freshman team.
