Dunkin’ Donuts will open at University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa’s Paradise Palms Café on Thursday, October 19, with a grand opening celebration on Monday, October 23. The Paradise Palms location will feature a special seating area and an exterior to-go window.

The grand opening celebration includes a check presentation for $500 to the Associated Students of UH Mānoa will that help support the university’s student government organization, prize wheel-giveaways and product samples offered to customers throughout the day.

Special sweepstakes will also be hosted by Dunkin’ Donuts around the opening, providing students a chance to win a gift card and prize pack towards a dorm room makeover as well as gift cards for use at the UH Mānoa Bookstore.

“Paradise Palms Café is an optimal location for delivering convenience to such a hardworking community,” said Richard Parry, president and CEO of Aloha Petroleum, which worked with Dunkin’ Brands to bring Dunkin’ Donuts to UH Mānoa. “We are further pleased to be able to offer even more employment opportunities through this new opening, with our positions at the Paradise Palms location almost exclusively staffed by UH students.”
