The University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa Athletics Department gave everyone a sweet treat in the latest episode of ‘Bows Kitchen. Women’s soccer associate coach Marc Fournier, with a little assistance from his son Matisse, demonstrates a step-by-step recipe for crepes, a thin pancake with origins from his home country of France.

“Crepes is one of my favorite desserts, and it is for my family as well,” Fournier said.

Matisse showed his excitement as his father filled his crepe with his favorite toppings. “Now we can eat it together!” he added.
