Aloha UH Mānoa students,

UH Mānoa is providing more resources and information to assist in the transition from in-person classes to the online delivery of courses, beginning Monday March 23.

The university has developed an FAQ to address common student concerns about online classes, accessing campus services and student housing.

To assist in the transition to online learning, UH Mānoa has Learning Online During an Emergency, a site for students to review information and resources.

The page includes tips on:

  • self-care
  • creating a successful distance learning environment
  • communication with classmates and professors
  • obtaining Internet access
  • how to use online learning tools and where to get help

Library information

The UH Mānoa libraries will stay open to support students, faculty and staff. At this time, a UH ID is required to enter and use library facilities. For more information on library resources and latest updates visit the library website.

For further questions not covered by the FAQ, Learning Online During an Emergency site or library webpage, email covid19@hawaii.edu.
