Twenty-four University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa student-athletes in the winter season—basketball, swimming and diving—earned places on the 2024–25 Big West Winter Academic All-Conference teams announced on April 14.
Women’s swimming and diving led the way with nine honorees, followed by women’s basketball with six. Men’s swimming and diving had five honorees and men’s basketball had four representatives.
To be eligible, student-athletes must maintain a 3.0 cumulative grade point average, complete one full year at the member institution prior to the season for which the award is being received (at least a sophomore academically) and compete in at least 50% of their team’s contests. In swimming and diving, a student-athlete must have competed in either 50% of the institution’s events or participated in the conference championship.
