After sweeping then-No. 3 UC Irvine, the third-ranked University of Hawaiʻi men’s volleyball team took home all four Big West Player of the Week awards.
Freshman opposite Kristian Titriyski was named Player of the Week and Freshman of the Week after averaging 6.00 kills per set while hitting at a .417 clip. For the second consecutive week, libero ʻEleu Choy and setter Tread Rosenthal were named Defensive Player of the Week and Setter of the Week, respectively.
This marks the first time this season that UH captured all four awards in the same week. Titriyski’s Player of the Week award is his second of the season and third for a Rainbow Warrior, while his Freshman of the Week award is his third this season. Rosenthal earned Setter of the Week for the third time.
