University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa men’s volleyball player Kristian Titriyski was named the AVCA (American Volleyball Coaches Association) Division I–II National Player of the Week after leading the Rainbow Warriors to a pair of straight-set wins over then-No. 3 UC Irvine.
Titriyski was also named Big West Player of the Week for the second time this season and Freshman of the Week for the third time. Against the Anteaters, Titriyski averaged 6.00 kills per set and 7.00 points per set and hit a combined .417 in the two-match series, including .571 during the March 2 win.
