Kristian Titriyski on the volleyball court

University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa men’s volleyball player Kristian Titriyski was named the Big West’s Offensive Player of the Week after UH’s two-match split with Stanford on February 5 and &.

Titriyski claimed his first career Big West Offensive Player of the Week award after earning Freshman of the Week honors. Titriyski averaged 4.00 kills and 4.78 points per set, tallying a total of 36 kills across the series while hitting an impressive .368.

In a five-set victory on February 5, he led the team with 15 kills, adding five digs, two blocks and an ace. He followed up with a creer-high 21 kills on .472 hitting, along with six digs, four blocks, and two aces in February 7’s four-set loss.

Titriyski currently ranks fourth in the Big West and seventh nationally in points per set (4.86 avg.). His 0.611 aces per set place him sixth in the nation and fifth in the conference.

The freshman is the second Rainbow Warrior to earn Big West Offensive Player of the Week honors this season.
