To get a head start on the fall semester, orders for textbooks will be completely online for University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa students. Starting August 5, students can place orders for their textbooks through STAR GPS with their student account or through the UH Mānoa Bookstore website.
If students start the ordering process through STAR GPS, their book order will automatically load based on their courses. Students without access to a computer can order their textbooks in person through a computer station at the UH Mānoa Bookstore.

Orders are usually processed within 24 business hours and students can either pick up their purchase in-store or have it shipped (standard shipping rates and some restrictions apply).
“We’re excited to launch this new process to help improve the student experience when ordering their textbooks,” said Tricia Ejima-Zane, UH Bookstores director. “While picking up their books, students are also welcome to complete their back-to-school shopping at the bookstore with the latest products and UH apparel this fall.”
Early-bird specials
Students who order textbooks online early can receive early-bird specials and a chance to win prizes. Details on these specials and additional assistance can be found on the bookstore website, on social media (@manoabookstore) or in-store.
