University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa softball player Mya’Liah Bethea earned her second career Big West Field Player of the Week honors after blasting a home run in three games.
The UH senior drove in a team-high 8 RBI and scored 5 runs with a team-best .667 batting average in a three-game conference series against California State University, Bakersfield. Bethea slugged a team best 1.667 and stole a base for the first time this season.
