U H Manoa women's basketball players

Eight University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa basketball players earned academic All-Big West awards for the 2022–23 season. The student-athletes recognized are Olivia Davies, McKenna Haire, Meilani McBee, Kallin Spiller and Lily Wahinekapu from the women’s basketball team, and Bernardo da Silva, Kamaka Hepa and Beon Riley from the men’s basketball team.

This is the second time that da Silva, McBee and Riley made the all-academic team, while it marks the third straight year for Davies. Haire, Hepa, Spiller and Wahinekapu are all first-time honorees.

To be eligible for the all-academic team, student-athletes must maintain a 3.0 cumulative GPA, complete one full academic year at the member institution prior to the season for which the award is being received and have competed in at least 50% of their team’s contests.
