U H Manoa swim team cheering

The University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa swimming and diving programs picked up a total of 98 All-Mountain Pacific Sports Federation (MPSF) honors at the conference championship meet, February 15–18.

Fourteen Rainbow Wahine racked up 56 honors—41 first-team recognitions and 15 second-team accolades.

Laticia Transom and Holly Nelson led the way for the Rainbow Wahine with seven first-team honors each, while Anna Friedrich earned five first-team recognitions, and Gabrielle Scudamore finished with four. Additionally, a trio of women’s divers earned either first or second-team honors in all four events.

Twelve Rainbow Warriors picked up 42 honors—nine first-team accolades and 33 second-team recognitions.

Juan Gonzalez led the way for the Rainbow Warriors with first-team honors in all three individual diving events, while Mackaby Pennington earned a first-team spot in the 1- and 3- meter competitions. Tim Gallagher was named to the first team in both the 100 and 200 back, while Jordan Meacham secured six first or second-team recognitions.
