More food trucks will be joining Food Truck Row on University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa campus this semester. The wide variety of local culinary delights is located around Legacy Path by Krauss Hall and the crosswalk to the lower parking structure. Food trucks Ahi & Vegetable, Raysam Hawaii and Holoholo Bistro are already serving students, faculty and staff at the location, and two more food trucks are scheduled to join in mid-October with several more coming in November.
“After a two-year hiatus, we are excited to bring a number of food trucks to campus, offering a wide variety of selections,” said Andy Lachman, UH Mānoa Food Services manager. “Having these food trucks in a centralized location near the center of campus makes it easy and convenient for everyone.”
Students say they like the convenient location and are looking forward to having lots to choose from.
“I enjoy that you can just get a quick bite on the go if you’re in a time crunch,” said Antony Lee, UH Mānoa senior. “I’m glad there will be a lot more food trucks on campus, bringing more options to eat.”
