This week’s University of Hawaiʻi at Hilo Pepsi Athletes of the Week are women’s volleyball player Tani Hoke and men’s golfer Keith Ng.

Hoke was an asset in both of the Vulcan wins on October 13–16 against Dominican University of California and Holy Names University. Hoke totaled 45 digs, 27 against Dominican and 18 against Holy Names. In both matches Hoke was the dig leader on the court.

This week Ng was crowned co-champion of the Hawaiʻi Triangular, after carding 2-under-par 142 at Oʻahu’s Pearl Country Club. Ng has won three of the four tournaments that he has competed in and has the most tournament wins in school history for one season. ​​Ng also received PacWest co-Golfer of the Week honors.
