University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa Athletics Department student-athletes take over this week’s episode of ‘Bows Kitchen. Men’s swim and dive standout John Clark and women’s track and field all-star Teuila Gardner show ‘Bows fans how to make a “local kine dish” of shoyu chopped steak with fried rice and Okinawan sweet potatoes.

“Hope you all are staying safe,” Clark said at the end of their fun video. “Go ‘Bows!”
