A new, improved online application for spring 2021 for the University of Hawaiʻi Community Colleges was launched on July 1, 2020. The updated apply.hawaii.edu landing page directs applicants to the appropriate application when they select one of the seven UH Community College campuses and the spring 2021 term.
The new application features a modern interface and improved navigational experience. Applicants are now able to upload supporting documentation (such as residency and health clearances) with their applications, instead of having to mail or hand deliver the documents to their campus. More program and branding information is included and the new application is compliant with the Americans With Disabilities Act.
There is also help and support available via email (applyhawaii@liaisoncas.com), phone and chat. Hours of operation for phone and chat support are Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. EST.

An “Apply” link has also been added to the navigation bar at the top of the UH system page that will take applicants to the new landing page which displays the state map to show geographically where the 10 campuses and UH Education Centers are located. The applicant can then select the campus and term they want to apply to.
“The eventual goal is to retire the legacy online system application that has been in use since about 2010,” said UH Vice President for Information Technology and Chief Information Officer Garret Yoshimi. “In the next phase, the implementation team will be working on the graduate applications for UH Hilo and UH Mānoa.”
