The University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa Athletics Department serves up another delicious dish in its newest ‘Bows Kitchen episode. This week, women’s golf coach Stephen Bidne teaches the cooking community a Minnesota classic, a cheese-filled burger known as the Juicy Lucy with a potato side dish.
“With everything going on, I decided to try my hand at grilling up something that either this week or some time in the future, especially at a UH tailgate this fall, that you’ll be able to whip up for you, your friends and your family,“ Bidne shares in his video.
