The University of Hawaiʻi established the Office of Strategic Development and Partnership (OSDP) in June 2019 to lead the coordination of real property administration for the 10 UH campuses. The new office will build the university’s capabilities for systemwide real property development.
Christopher Woodard was hired to be the first director of the OSDP. Woodard has more than 20 years of professional commercial real estate management and development experience in Massachusetts and Hawaiʻi. Most recently, he served as the Real Estate Portfolio Manager for the Hawaiʻi Housing Finance and Development Corporation.
“Christopher brings invaluable years of real estate management expertise to the university,” said Vice President for Budget and Finance Kalbert Young. “We are looking forward to the opportunities the new office will create to best leverage the university’s assets for the benefit of our students, faculty, staff and community.”
