Hawaiʻi Community College–Pālamanui hosts an Open House and Grand Opening Celebration on Saturday, February 27, 9 a.m.–2 p.m. at the new campus in North Kona.

“Pālamanui opened for classes in August 2015, and now we are excited to welcome the community to the campus for a fun and celebratory event,” said Kenneth “Marty” Fletcher, director of Hawaiʻi CC–Pālamanui. “Residents of West Hawaiʻi worked very hard to turn the vision of this campus into a reality. We look forward to introducing them to their new home for higher education.”

The Open House and Grand Opening Celebration is free and open to the public.

Location

Hawaiʻi CC–Pālamanui is located mauka of the Kona International Airport. Access the campus off Kaʻiminani Drive in North Kona. Turn north off Kaʻiminani Drive by the fire station, directly across from Ane Keohokalole Highway and proceed approximately 1.2 miles until you reach the campus.
