The University of Hawaiʻi’s Oʻahu campuses kicked off their 2014 Aloha United Way campaign on September 15. The campaign, which runs through October 17, aims to touch lives, restore hope and weave a safety net of compassion beneath the Oʻahu community.
UH continues its tradition of supporting Aloha United Way with a goal of $320,000. Updates on participation levels at each Oʻahu campus will be reported in UH News.
Faculty members and staff are encouraged to show their spirit by helping to make their campus the leader in generosity. The smallest donation—the cost of a cup of coffee or a plate lunch, even pocket change—can make the biggest difference in strengthening families, preparing children for school and ensuring the hungry are fed and the homeless find stable housing.

(Please note later start time from previous announcement.) Go to the University of Hawaiʻi Aloha United Way Softball Tournament website for more.
