Palikū Theatre at Windward Community College presents Broadway @ Palikū: 10 Years of Bright Lights, a retrospective of the past decade of Broadway musicals directed by Ron Bright. The show runs from September 28 to October 7.
Broadway @ Palikū highlights Fiddler on the Roof, My Fair Lady, South Pacific, Oklahoma!, Miss Saigon, West Side Story and The Phantom of the Opera. The show will also feature an extensive palette of songs from other Broadway shows.
This night of spectacular numbers will be accompanied by an orchestra led by Clarke Bright, the bandmaster of the Royal Hawaiian Band, who has worked on all of the Palikū musicals directed by his father, Ron. Set and lighting design is by the award-winning Lloyd Riford III.
