Learning How to Use UH WordPress
Creating and Using Articles
Articles are similar to Posts, except assigned to another content category.
The article page is listed through the custom URL for
UH System multisite
https://www.hawaii.edu/sitename/?post_type=article
UH Manoa multisite
https://manoa.hawaii.edu/sitename/?post_type=article

The Article index page lists all posts that are written in the new Article post type section, which features built-in search bar to quickly complete an article search.
NOTE: The Articles feature is exclusive to the UH WordPress multisite service agreed upon by the web content coordinators overseeing this web service. Should you decide to opt out of the multisite service and switch to an individual WordPress installation, Articles will not import into an individual installation because it is type of content available in a standard WordPress. By using this section, you acknowledge that Information Technology Services will offer no assistance or support in the export and import of Articles into a WordPress installation outside of the multisite service.
