As part of the cable franchise agreement for all commercial cable companies in Hawaii that provide public access channels for educational programming, UH cable provides educational programming for UH credit courses and UH-produced informational programming statewide on Spectrum and Hawaiian Telcom. Subscription to Spectrum or Hawaiian Tel is required.
