The University of Hawai'i System adopted Sakai (Laulima) in 2007. In 2017, LMS platform solutions were reviewed in order to select the one that best supports the teaching and learning needs of our faculty and students.

- Feb 14 - D2L (12:30-1:45); Blackboard Moodlerooms (2:00-3:00)
- Feb 15 - Blackboard Learn (2:00-3:00)
- Feb 16 - Sakai Longsite (1:30-3:00)
- Feb 21 & 22 - Canvas (2:00-3:30)
- Faculty Survey - Mar 2017 - Completed
- Decision was made to stay with Sakai and review again in 2 years
