When requesting help with installation, scanner setup, or a feature of OnBase, please provide 1 or more of the following details to help us address your issue more effectively and efficiently:
- which client (Web or Unity) were you using?
- a summary of the task you were attempting
- the username of the user that logged in
- the date & time the issue/event occurred to help us navigate our log files more easily
- did you receive any error messages?
- screenshots (if possible)
- the operating system and browser version used. Example: Window 7, Internet Explorer (IE) version 9.0.8112.16421 or: Mac 10.7.5, Safari version 6.0.5
