Client Service and Operations Center (CSOC) provides 24 hours-a-day, 7-days-a-week, 365 days-a-year systemwide help desk support by email, phone, and remote desktop. CSOC also manages one general purpose computer lab at UH-Manoa, and is responsible for operational monitoring of production services and network connectivity, as well as access facilitation to the ITS Data Center.
