The issues reported here may be helpful tips and tricks notifications on new features from Banner 8 to Banner 9, or suggested workarounds while we continue to work on modifications or defects. Once issues are resolved they will be removed from this page.

SAAADMS

Contacts, Cohorts, & Attributes Tab

Returned an inaccurate message when clicking on Contacts, Cohorts, and Attributes tab: "Query caused no records to be retrieved. Re-enter." No message displays when user "next blocks" to tabs.

The vendor does not currently have a timeline when this will be resolved.

SAAQUIK

Attempting to save a record for a "pre-Banner" term results in an error, "Fatal Curriculum, Base Curriculum Invalid."

Recommendation:

• The workaround until this issue has been resolved is to create the SGASTDN record by going through SAAADMS & SAADCRV.
