Zoom Licensing Issue

Incident started at Oct 23 02:15 pm

Oct 23 02:55 pm: We are currently experiencing a widespread outage with our Zoom
licensing. The issue is being addressed with Zoom and we hope for it to be remedied shortly.
Until licensing can be restored, licensed users may notice the loss of some Zoom features:
- meetings may be limited to 40 minutes
- meetings may be limited to 100 participants
- may not be able to record meetings directly to the (Zoom) cloud

Oct 23 04:37 pm: UPDATE: Licensed Zoom accounts have been granted to all registered users. However, some services may still be unavailable.
 
Next update will be at 6:00PM

Oct 23 05:18 pm: UPDATE: Most user accounts have been restored to their originally assigned status. Some users may still be affected by the 40 minute time limitation. Zoom is continuing to work on fully restoring services with our university accounts.
 
Next update will be October 24th at 8:30AM HST.

Oct 24 08:33 am: UPDATE: Aloha and thank you for your patience. As of 7:15am HST, Zoom has restored all services back to normal with the University of Hawaii Zoom accounts. We thank you for your patience and understanding.
