4/16/2025 12:30PM UPDATE:
Zoom has indicated that all services have been restored.
If you are still having connection issues, Zoom recommends to flush your DNS cache and then reconnect. Below are the suggested steps from Zoom:
-For Windows open a command prompt and type "ipconfig /flushdns"
-For Mac open a terminal window and type "sudo dscacheutil -flushcache; sudo killall -HUP mDNSResponder"

Zoom suggests users flush their DNS before attempting to reconnect, but may still produce errors.
UH users with an immediate need for video conferencing can make use of Google Meet (meet.google.com) available using their Google@UH accounts.

When attempting to connect to Zoom.com 'Bad Gateway' or other errors my present, and Zoom Clients may show a spinning 'Connecting' status.
Zoom has acknowledged the problem and advise they are troubleshooting - status.zoom.us
