On January 10, 2025, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced the extension of Temporary Protected Status for 18 months for several areas with announcements linked below:
- El Salvador – Including the Federal Register Notice
- Sudan – Including the Federal Register Notice
- Ukraine – Including the Federal Register Notice
- Venezuela – Including the Federal Register Notice
The announcements go into the time period and reasoning for the extensions along with additional information. While the El Salvador announcement includes a Federal Register Notice, Sudan, Ukraine, and Venezuela’s Federal Register Notice will be published in the near future.
