H-1B AND BEYOND
The H-1B specialty occupation work visa provides an option to many graduating students who may be thinking about continuing in the United States on employment sponsorship. This is applicable to any eligible F-1 or J-1 student. For F-1 students, it is often a progression from post-completion OPT.
