About the Hawaiʻi One Ag Program

The Hawaiʻi- One Ag Grant Consortium is dedicated to promoting and redefining agriculture, fostering professional development, and facilitating transfers within the UH System to encourage 4- year degree programs. We are comprised of eight University of Hawaiʻi System Campuses, including:
- University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa
- University of Hawaiʻi Hilo
- University of Hawaiʻi Maui College
- Kapiʻolani Community College
- Leeward Community College
- Windward Community College
- Kauaʻi Community College
- Hawaiʻi Community College.
There are three main objectives that we set out to accomplish together.
- Student support during transition to align and articulate Hi-One-Ag
- Student support that develops Agriculture, Food, and Natural Resource Workforce
- Student support to promote and redefine Agricultureʻs image in Hawaiʻi

The Hawaii-One-Ag Grant Consortium is funded by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) National Institute of Food and Agriculture (NIFA), Alaska Native-Serving and Native Hawaiian-serving Institutions Education Competitive Grants Program.
