The Fiscal Services Office is a University systemwide office responsible for the administration of the University’s financial management system, the Kuali Financial System (KFS), and JasperReports Server (JRS) the ad hoc reporting tool.  We provide guidance and support to UH campus and system departments on the use of KFS and JRS to conduct financial transactions.

KFS records and manages all of the financial transactions and fiscal activity for all of the UH campuses. Other UH systems (Banner Student, PeopleSoft Human Resources, eTravel, RCUH FIS, etc.) also interface with KFS.

JRS is the ad hoc reporting tool that is used to develop and run reports on KFS data.

KFS is available Monday – Saturday 6:00 am – 8:00 pm, Sunday 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm
JRS is available Monday – Saturday 8:00 am – 8:00 pm, Sunday 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm
