Sign Up for Direct Deposit and/or ACH
Target Audience: UH Employees
With the beginning of a new academic year, please remind all students, employees and vendors to sign up for direct deposit via HIP, eRefunds, ePayment, and/or Vendor ACH Payments. Depending on the type of payment, an individual may need to sign up for multiple direct deposit methods (e.g. employee that travels would need to enroll in HIP and ePayment). The following links have been provided to give you more information on signing up for payments via direct deposit:
- Hawaii Information Portal (HIP): Self-service system where employees can access and update their payroll information, including direct deposit.
- eRefunds: Log in to MyUH and click on “Enroll in Direct Deposit eRefunds (Students Only).” Refunds to students via direct deposit. This service is not available to the student’s authorized users.
- ePayment: Available to employees in PeopleSoft who normally receive payment in the form of a paper check from the UH Disbursing Office for travel, mileage, stipends, etc.
- Vendor ACH Payments: Not available to non-resident aliens or foreign companies. Vendors receive payment though direct deposit for all payments processed through KFS.
Electronic payments eliminate the risk of a mailed check being lost, altered or stolen, and should you relocate to another address or in the event of a natural disaster, payments will continue without any delay or interruption.
Should there be any questions, please call the Disbursing Office at (808) 956-5535.
